Is there a way to speak to someone directly if I have questions before purchasing?
Yes. We understand that purchasing professional equipment is an important decision, and we want every customer to feel confident before ordering. Can I place a deposit to reserve a unit?
Yes. If the system is currently out of stock, customers can place a $250 deposit to reserve a unit.
Deposits allow customers to secure their place in the production queue while the system is being built.
What happens after I place a deposit?
After placing a deposit, your order will be reserved in the production schedule. Once your system is ready to ship, we will contact you to complete the remaining balance before shipment.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits may be refundable if the order is cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, deposits may become non-refundable as materials and labor may already be allocated to your unit.
How long does it take to receive the machine once an order is placed?
Delivery time depends on inventory availability.If units are in stock, orders can typically be shipped shortly after purchase.If the system is not currently in stock, build time may require 2–4 weeks as each unit is carefully assembled and tested before shipping
Does the system heat the water?
No. The system does not heat water. If warm water is needed, the water must be heated separately before filling the tank.
Does the system come with a grooming tub?
No. We do not sell grooming tubs. The bathing system is designed to work with most professional grooming setups.
How many nozzles come with the system?
Each system includes two precision-engineered nozzles:
- A foam nozzle for controlled foam application
- A power nozzle for deeper penetration and effective cleaning
- These nozzles are designed for different coat types to improve bathing efficiency.

Is the system easy to clean?
Yes. The system includes an easy-access bottom drain, allowing the tank to be quickly emptied and cleaned.
Does the system include a filter?
Yes. The system includes a detachable internal filter that helps prevent debris from entering the pump and affecting performance. The filter can easily be removed and cleaned.
What length tubing comes with the system?
All systems come with 10 ft. tubing, providing flexibility and convenience during grooming.
Is there a warranty included?
Yes. The system includes a 1-year warranty that covers repairs and shipping both ways.
After the first year, an additional 6 months of parts and labor coverage is included. During this period, customers would be responsible for shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or modifications made by unauthorized parties.
