Warranty Information
1-Year Full Warranty
All Lux Lather systems come with a 1-year warranty. During this period, if any issue occurs due to normal use, the system will be repaired at no cost. This warranty also includes free shipping both ways, and all repair costs are fully covered.
After the first year, customers will receive an additional 6 months of parts and labor coverage. During this period, repair work will still be covered, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning
Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals
Damage caused by operating the system incorrectly

To ensure safe operation and long-lasting performance, the system must be unplugged at the end of each day after use.
The system must never be allowed to run dry without water, as operating the pump without water can cause serious damage to the internal components.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage that is not covered under warranty.

Yes. If the system is currently out of stock, customers can place a $250 deposit to reserve a unit.
Deposits allow customers to secure their place in the production queue while the system is being built.
What happens after I place a deposit?
After placing a deposit, your order will be reserved in the production schedule. Once your system is ready to ship, we will contact you to complete the remaining balance before shipment.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits may be refundable if the order is cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, deposits may become non-refundable as materials and labor may already be allocated to your unit.
How long does it take to receive the machine once an order is placed?
Delivery time depends on inventory availability.If units are in stock, orders can typically be shipped shortly after purchase.If the system is not currently in stock, build time may require 2–4 weeks as each unit is carefully assembled and tested before shipping
Does the system heat the water?
No. The system does not heat water. If warm water is needed, the water must be heated separately before filling the tank.
Does the system come with a grooming tub?
No. We do not sell grooming tubs. The bathing system is designed to work with most professional grooming setups.

Each system includes two precision-engineered nozzles:
